To provide a metal plate thickness control method, which can accurately control the metal plate thickness, and a metal plate manufacturing method using the same.
The metal plate thickness control method is to take the thermal expansion contraction amount of a work roll when the previous material finishes rolling and the thermal expansion contraction amount of the work roll during the time from when the previous material finishes rolling to when the next material finishes rolling into consideration to offset the gauge meter formula to correct the reduction position of the work roll when the material is rolled by using the offset gauge meter formula. The metal plate manufacturing method is to manufacture the metal plate using the metal plate thickness control method.
