Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal plate transfer device capable of executing suction from a wide surface and stable transfer even when a metal plate is in a state that has many parts interposed between die supporting bodies such as turret or others.
SOLUTION: A first and a second suction pad supporting parts 14a and 14b respectively having freely changeable mutual distance and a supporting suction pad 20 are provided. A suction/drawing-out controlling means 39 to control following action is provided. The controlling means 39 makes the first suction pad supporting part 14a approach a die supporting body 23 and makes a metal plate M suck with a suction pad 20 of the second suction pad supporting part 14b. By shifting the second suction pad supporting pad 14b under this situation, the metal plate M is drawn out of the die supporting body 23. After that, by the suction pad 20 of the first suction pad supporting part 14a, the metal plate M is sucked out.
