Abstract:
To solve a problem that, when using only a press progressive die for thin-plate metal processing, punching can be performed as separation processing, however, square cutting in a horizontal direction cannot be performed, and when the square cutting is required, it is necessary to use a different die by a press machine different from the progressive die.SOLUTION: A press progressive die for thin-plate metal processing is substituted for a press progressive die which is constituted of a positioning step of processing a feed positioning notch, a throttling step of throttling a succeeding product into a prescribed shape, and a product separation step of sequentially moving the die in fore-and-aft/left-and-right horizontal four directions by pushing down a succeeding punch, and shearing a product in a horizontal direction, and product square-cut cutting thereby becomes unnecessary in a post-step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
