Abstract:
To provide a metal salt of a malonic acid derivative compound as an α-nucleating agent, and a process for preparing the same.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a metal salt of a malonic acid derivative compound having chemical formula (I), a polymer additive and a thermoplastic composition that comprise the salt. In the formula, each of Rand Ris independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl, aryl, alkyl aryl, halogen and cycloalkyl; and each of Mand Mis selected from among monovalent metals and divalent metals.SELECTED DRAWING: None
