Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a saw blade of a metal saw from being worn in a thickness direction.SOLUTION: A metal saw comprises a saw blade formed on a periphery. The metal saw integrally comprises: a first tabular object; a third tabular object; and a second tabular object arranged between the first tabular object and the third tabular object. The first tabular object and the third tabular object have higher rigidity than that of the second tabular object, while the second tabular object has higher toughness than those of the first tabular object and the third tabular object. The first tabular object and the third tabular object may have abrasive materials. Composition elements and ratio thereof in the first tabular object may be differentiated from those in the second tabular object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
