Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily realize a structure, without suffering from restrictions a bit in terms of space and weight, which is capable of avoiding at least a bucking and a breakage of the curvature portion against a temporal heavy load to affect the metal structural member having a curvature portion.
SOLUTION: After a twin deformation of a metal material 1 composed of a twin structure is once accomplished by giving a compressure load, the twin deformation is reverted partially by giving a bending deformation and the like to at least one portion so as to divide its constitution structure into a partially twin deformed low rigidity portion 2 and a high rigidity portion 3. Therefore, the structure is changed to show practically the same strength as that of a linear member by generating a deformation to revert a curvature against the compressure load which crushes the curvature portion in a chord direction, resulting in a high dummy rigidity not easily destroyable against a temporal heavy load.
