To provide a metal pipe molding device capable of suppressing scuffing wear of a metal mold when processing a metal plate into a toric shape by UO molding, and keeping production cost low as much as possible.SOLUTION: An O-bending device 50 comprises: a first molding tool 70 including a semicircular recess part 72a on which a bottom wall part 102 of a preliminary processed product 150 is mounted; and a second molding tool 80 for pressing the preliminary processed product 150 mounted on the first molding tool 70 from an upper side. The second molding tool 80 comprises a pair of split molds 90 which has an arc-shaped recess part 82a with a cross section of a quadrant shape and molds an upper side part of the preliminary processed product 150. The pair of split molds 90 press, from a side, a pair of tip end parts 101a of the preliminary processed product 150 so as to close a U-shaped opening of the preliminary processed product 150 and presses the preliminary processed product 150 downward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
