Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the metal twisted wire bending device capable of executing bending in a same plane without causing (rise) and easily executing two dimensional bending in high quality.
SOLUTION: In the device consisting of a pair of first chucks 8a, 8b to clamp a wire 2 opening/closing free, second chucks 7a, 7b to clamp the wire 2 at the position facing to the first chucks opening/closing free, a rotating mechanism 4 to rotate at least one of either the first chucks or second chucks in the bending direction of the wire 2 and a feeding mechanism 3 to move at least one of either the first chucks or second chucks in the feeding direction of the wire 2, a flatness stabilizing mechanism X, which clamps the wire 2 and adjusts tension, is arranged in the extended line of original positions of the first/second chucks.
