Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal vacuum heat insulation container which prevents corrosion due to water intrusion into a gap between an outer container and a bottom cover, protects a vacuum sealing material from impact due to dropping or the like with no dropping of the bottom cover even at high temperature, and has high productivity.SOLUTION: In the metal vacuum heat insulation container including an inner container 5, an outer container 4, a bottom cover 7 and a lid unit, a step part 29 smaller in diameter than a trunk part 28 is provided at a lower side surface 6 of the trunk part 28 of the outer container 4. Since an upper opening part 24 of the metallic bottomed cylindrical bottom cover 7 almost equal in diameter to the trunk part 28 is brought into contact with the step part 29 to be united into a single body by welding, a vacuum sealing material 14 can strongly be protected because the bottom cover 7 is made of metal without no water intrusion into a gap between the outer container 4 and the bottom cover 7. In addition, the bottom cover 7 is prevented from dropping even at high temperature because of the united single body due to welding. Further, productivity can be increased by welding the opening part 24 of the bottom cover 7 to the step part 29 that is relatively difficult to be buckled with vacuuming processing.
