Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal magnetic powder capable of compatibly reducing a return loss and a magnetic loss at high level.SOLUTION: The metal magnetic powder is comprised of particles each having a nonmagnetic phase containing Si around an Fe-Co alloy magnetic phase and an average particle diameter is 100 nm or smaller. The metal magnetic powder has power magnetic properties that a coercive force Hc is 79.6 kA/m or less and saturation magnetization σs is 147 Am/kg or more. With respect to a total quantity of Fe and Co, an Si content ranges from 2.0 to 15.0 mol%. The metal magnetic powder has such a character that, when a molding that is manufactured by mixing the metal magnetic powder and a resin in a mass ratio of 90:10 is used for magnetic measurement and dielectric measurement, a real number part μ' of a complex specific permeability in 1 GHz is 2.50 or more and a ratio μ'/ε' represented by a ratio of μ' and a real number part ε' of a complex specific dielectric constant becomes 0.25 or more and less than 1.0.SELECTED DRAWING: None
