Abstract:
To prevent the occurrence of a defective formation such as a cavity a flow mark and a crack in a casting and to improve fillability of a thin casting.
Heat exchanging speed is delayed by using a titanium alloy having low thermal conductivity for a cavity portion for forming the metallic formed product and thus, the cooling speed of molten metal can be delayed and the defective formation is reduced and the yield can be improved.
