To provide a metallic reflection film recovering device of a disklike information recording medium which is capable of surely and inexpensively recovering the metallic reflection film formed on the disklike information recording medium.

The metallic reflection film recovering device 100, which recovers the metallic reflection film formed on the disklike information recording medium 1 for recording information in the medium, is provided with a container 21 for housing the medium 11, an operating means 60 of the information recording medium for holding the information recording medium 1, arranging the information recording medium 1 in the medium 11 within the container 21 and taking out the information recording medium 1 after the metallic refection films is recovered, and a vibration generating means 22 for making the information recording medium arranged in the medium vibrate, there by peeling the metallic reflection film from the information recording medium and recovering the metallic reflection film into the medium within the container 21.
