This metallic roof plate is constituted of a bulged part 2 formed by bulging a central part of a metallic thin plate so as to make a plan view shape polygonal and an upper part engagement part 3 and a lower part engagement part 4 formed by bending either one of at least an upper edge part and a lower edge part of the metallic thin plate upward and the other downward. Additionally, a lead plate 7 of a used lead acid battery is fastened inside the bulged part 2 by a binder 8 made of lead ash and cement.
