To provide a precoated metallic sheet which is used for an automotive outer sheet and the like and makes film coating performance covering stainproofness compatible with the processability of the precoated metallic sheet.

This precoated metallic sheet has the surface with Ra of 0.15 μm or less and at least a coating film layer which is formed, on the outer face side, of an acrylic resin as a base material and contains a colloidal silica with an average particle diameter of 0.1 μm or less equivalent to 1 to 10% of the dry coating film weight. The coating film layer may contain a silicone compound which is equivalent to 0.1-5% of the dry coating film weight and contains an alkoxy group with an average degree of polymerization of 3-50. In addition, the coating film layer may contain one or more of pigment or dye equivalent to 0.1-40% of the dry coating film weight.
