A resin composition comprising 100 pts.wt. of a solid content of an UV-ray curable type resin containing as main ingredients an acrylate and a methacrylate and 0.1 to 20 pts.wt. of a material giving metallic gloss is coated on a resin-impregnating paper, followed by irradiation with an UV-ray, and then the resultant is laminated with a core substrate material, followed by unifying under pressure and heating. A ratio of the acrylate to the methacrylate is 3:2 to 1:4 by weight, and 1 to 10 pts.wt. of powdery silica is incorporated in 100 pts.wt. of a solid content of the UV-ray curable type resin.
