To provide a metallic waste compressing device that stores/compresses a large quantity of metallic wastes in a machinery plant or the like, that hygienically improves handling of metallic wastes by fully removing oil contained therein, and that has the ability to efficiently process metallic wastes.

Between oppositely installed end walls 4, a hopper is provided in which three movable wall plates are made freely contractible in width direction relative to a fixed wall plate, a pusher 9 for the primary compression is installed on the bottom of the hopper. A recess 14 is provided under the bottom plate 7 of the hopper, the metallic wastes which are pushed in the recess 14 by a thrusting means 11 installed along a vertical wall 5 are compressed by a pusher 15a for the secondary compression and discharged from an opening. Then, using an oil removing mechanism connected to this opening, the oil contained in the metallic wastes is removed by a centrifugal force, the metallic wastes are delivered outside in an easy-to-handle condition.
