Title:
METALLIC WHEEL PASSAGE TYPE ANCHOR CLAMP
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3222791
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect an aluminum strand from being bent by an aluminum clamp at the time of metallic wheel passage in wire extension work.
SOLUTION: A wire anchor metal fitting consists of a steel sleeve, an aluminum sleeve 3, and an elastic buffering member 4. At one end of the aluminum sleeve 3, a tapered part 3c is formed. The tapered part 3c of the aluminum sleeve 3 has a non-compressed part 3d from its roughly middle part to front end side. In the wire insertion hole of the non-compressed part 3d, an outwardly wider inner periphery taper 3e is formed, whose inside diameter increases more as it comes nearer to its front end. The elastic buffering member 4 is constituted of elastic synthetic resin material, and at its one end, a corresponding taper part 4a is formed, which is fitted in the inner periphery taper part 3c of the aluminum sleeve 3. The other end of the elastic buffering member 4 protrudes outwards from the front end at the time of fitting onto the aluminum sleeve 3. The elastic buffering member 4 is provided with a split 4c in the axial direction, thus it is possible to reduce its diameter elastically.
