To provide a metallization film capacitor for improving reliability by enabling good fuse operation.
The width W2 of an electrode drawing metal region 5 is smaller than the width W of a metal region 4 contributed to a capacity. In other words, when the width W of the metal region 4 contributed to the capacity is compared with the width W2 of the electrode drawing metal region 5 and a width W1 of a fuse 6, the inequal relation W>W2>W1 is satisfied. The operability of a fuse between the metallikon and the electrode drawing metal region 5 can be arbitrarily set by making the length W2 of a connection part between a metallikon and the electrode drawing metal region 5 smaller than an electrode width W, and the fuse in accordance with the use of a capacitor can be set. The operability of the fuse between the metallikon and the electrode drawing metal region 5 and the operability of the fuse 6 can be made substantially similar, and the fuse can be surely operated during abnormality to surely prevent dielectric breakdown.
