Abstract:

To provide a metalized film and a film capacitor, sufficiently enhancing both withstand voltage and handling ability.SOLUTION: Provided is a metalized film including: a dielectric film with a film thickness of 1-4 μm, the dielectric film having a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface; and a metal film located on the first surface. The first surface has an arithmetic mean height Sa satisfying 10 nm≤Sa≤60 nm, and also has a surface texture ratio Str satisfying 0.26≤Str≤0.9, and the second surface has an arithmetic mean height Sa satisfying 10 nm≤Sa≤60 nm. In addition, provided is a film capacitor including: a body in which the metalized film is stacked or wound; and an external electrode provided on the body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
