Abstract:
To provide a metalworking oil agent composition excellent in lubricating properties (cutting properties), resistance to hard water, and stock solution stability.SOLUTION: A metalworking oil agent composition includes: (A) 0.1 to 3.5 mass% of primary alkanolamine having a carbon number of six or more, (B) 1.0 to 8.0 mass% of primary alkanolamine such as 2-(2-aminoethoxy)ethanol, (C) 1.5 to 9.0 mass% of tertiary amine having three alkanol groups, (D) 1.0 to 5.0 mass% of N-butyl monoethanolamine, (E) 0.3 to 4.0 mass% of dibasic acid having a carbon number of ten or more with a carboxylic acid group on both ends thereof, (F) 2.0 to 10.0 mass% of C12-22 linear fatty acid, (G) 5.0 to 15.0 mass% of castor fatty acid polycondensate, (H) 0.5 to 10.0 mass% of one or more branched alcohols having a carbon number of eleven or more, (I) 35.0 to 50.0 mass% of a paraffinic mineral oil, and (J) water.SELECTED DRAWING: None
