To solve the problem that a conventional meteorological forecast assisting device only predicts various pieces of information for display while the variation in forecasting results based on operator's experience is not effectively reduced.
The past information on cloud is retrieved based on a predicted cloud course information, and the retrieved cloud is superposed on the image of current meteorological information for display.
