Abstract:
To provide a meter box that does not require a frame body and can reduce a time required for attachment of a door, and a method of attaching a meter box door.SOLUTION: A meter box 100 comprises: a hinge section 51 which has a shaft member 51a extending perpendicularly to a floor surface 2b; a hinge section 52 which has a shaft member 52a; a door 32 to which the hinge sections 51 and 52 are fixed, and which is opened/closed around the shaft members 51a and 52a; an upper attachment member 41 to which the hinge section 51a is fixed and which is fixed to a ceiling surface 2a; and a lower attachment member 42 to which the hinge section 52 is fixed and which is fixed to a floor surface 2b. The upper attachment member 41 is configured separately from the lower attachment member 42, and is arranged upward away from the lower attachment member 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
