Abstract:
To more appropriately determine occurrence of a disaster by a meter connectable to a network.SOLUTION: A sensor operation detection unit 16 detects vibration, and a sensor operation state delivery unit 20 delivers sensor operation state information when the vibration is detected by the sensor operation detection unit 16. Meanwhile, a sensor operation statue acquisition unit 21 acquires sensor operation state information of the other meters 2, and a disaster determination unit 22 determines that a disaster has occurred when the vibration is detected by the sensor operation detection unit 16 and the sensor operation state information of other meters 2 is acquired by the sensor operation statue acquisition unit 21. Thus, since occurrence of a disaster is determined on condition that information is delivered by a meter 2, as triggered by detection of the vibration, to the effect that vibration is detected and the information is received from the other meter devices, it is possible to more appropriately determine the occurrence of the disaster.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
