Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain available or unavailable setting even in a job site work, and to surely and easily attain maintenance by providing a controlling part for setting its own device into an unavailable state at the time of receiving an unavailability instruction from an outside device through an inputting and outputting part. SOLUTION: A microcomputer 103 is connected with a card type information terminal equipment 109 having a storage device, and when an instruction is inputted by using an operation switch 114, wire communication is operated under the control of a CPU 112. Then, a password is transmitted from a card type information terminal equipment 109 to a meter controller 102. When the microcomputer 103 of a meter controller 102 receives the password, the meter controller 102 can set a meter-inspection equipment into an unavailable state. Thus, the maintenance of a meter-inspection equipment without any demander which is set in a residence without any resident due to movement or a non- contracted tenant can be easily attained by a job spot work.
