To provide a meter for vehicles, in which restrictions on area and space when mounting the meter is eliminated and concentration problems for driving run of vehicles is resolved by a minimal movement of a sight line in visual procedures of meters.

In an analog-type meter for vehicles displaying a plurality of measured values with pointers, since a plural kinds of measured values are assembled so as to display through arbitrary switching, turning on or flashing on and off the luminescent elements indicating the displayed measured values on a dial plate with a single scale, even compact meter of small size with small dial plate dimension makes displaying of pointers to be distinguishable instantaneously, because of a single and simple scale display, and movement of sight line to many places becomes unnecessary, and because of a unit meter, fast recognition of a plurality of pieces of information is achieved through minimal movement of sight line.
