Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve combination accuracy by increasing the number of dischargeable paths from a hopper.SOLUTION: It is possible to selectively discharge held articles in two different discharge directions in a weighing hopper 6. There are two paths (a) and (b) through which the respectively discharged articles in the two directions pass. The weighing hopper has a rejection mechanism 20 having a rejection chute 21 for advancing and retracting with respect to one of the paths (a). When a weight of the article in the weighing hopper 6 is excessive, the rejection chute 21 advances to one route (a) to switch the route for the discharged article from the weighing hopper 6 to a rejection route which is another route and collect the article to a collection container 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
