To provide a metering dispenser which can positively discharge only a metered quantity of contents.

The metering dispenser is formed of an external cylinder 2, an internal cylinder 3, and a discharging head 4. The external cylinder 2 has a window 2a from which the contents are charged into a container 1, and is firmly held on a mouth 1a of the container. The internal cylinder 3 is rotatably inserted and fitted into the external cylinder 2, and has a window 3a for communicating with the window 2a of the external cylinder 2. The discharging head 4 is connected to one edge of the internal cylinder 3 to define a storage space M in cooperation with the internal and external cylinders 3, 2 inside the cylinders, and functions to discharge the contents in the storage space M via a tip aperture 4a. Further the metering dispenser has a valve element 5 arranged at the tip aperture 4a of the discharge head 4. The valve element 5 has a head 5a protruding outward through the tip aperture 4, and functions to maintain the closed state of the tip aperture 4a when the base end 5b thereof is brought into contact with the internal edge of the tip aperture 4a, and to open the tip aperture 4a when the head 5b is pressed into the storage space M.
