Abstract:
To provide a metering pump device highly accurately performing metering discharge, even when pressure difference is generated between both sides of an outflow-side valve.
In the metering pump device 1, two reciprocating pump devices 10A, 10B are used for superimposing commencement and termination of a discharge period of one reciprocating pump on commencement and termination of a discharge period of the other reciprocating pump device. After suction motion and before the discharge period, an inflow-side valves 11Ai, 11Bi and the outflow-side valves 11Ao, 11Bo are closed to expand or contract the volume of a pump chamber, to perform correction operation to eliminate the pressure difference.
