Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a (meth)acrylate copolymer which is a dispersing agent exhibiting excellent low-temperature properties.
SOLUTION: This polyalkyl (meth)acrylate copolymer is composed of about 12-18 wt.% of methyl methacrylate, about 75-85 wt.% of a 10-15C alkyl (meth) acrylate and about 2-5 wt.% of a nitrogen-containing dispersing agent monomer and imparts excellent low-temperature properties to lubrication oils.
