Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a film excellent in impact strength, clarity, and resistances to solvents and plasticizer migration by forming it from a resin compsn. compris ing a crosslinked acrylic ester elastomer (A) wherein a crosslinked polymer component (a-1) and a component (a-2), each independently having a specified glass transition temp., establish an inner-and-outer bilayer structure and an alkyl methacrylate resin component (B).
SOLUTION: This resin compsn. comprises 5-50 wt.% component A and 95-50 wt.% component B. Component A has an inner-and-outer bilayer structure and comprises 20-80 wt.% component (a-1) which is formed from 100 pts.wt. alkyl (meth)acrylate and 0.1-20 pts.wt. polyfunctional monomer having nonconjugated double bonds and has a glass transition temp. (Tg) of from -30°C to 10°C and 80-20 wt.% component (a-2) which is formed from 100 pts.wt. alkyl (meth)acrylate and a polyfunctional monomer having nonconjugated double bonds and has a Tg lower than -30°C. Component B comprises 100 pts.wt. alkyl (meth)acrylate and 0.01-10 pts.wt. chain transfer agent.
