Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prepare a new compd. having antidopamine action and useful as remedies for psychoses or the like.
CONSTITUTION: The compd. of formula I (X and Y are H, a halo or 1-6C alkoxy; R1 is a 1-6C alkyl, phenyl, naphthyl, phenyl 1-3C alkyl, naphthyl 1-3C alkyl or the like) such as 1-((9S-10S)-2-chloro-9,10-dihydro-9,10- methanoantheracen-9-ylmethyl)-4-(1,1-dimethylethyl)piperidin-4-ol. Furthermore, the compd. of the formula I is obtd. by bringing a compd. of formula II to react with a compd. of the formula; R1Li in an aprotic solvent.
