Abstract:
To provide a dielectric elastomer film in which dielectric breakdown strength is high even when a drawing rate is low, and creeps and degradation or the like are less when constituting an electrostriction type actuator, and also to provide a method for easily manufacturing such a dielectric elastomer film.
The manufacturing method of the electric elastomer film for the electrostriction type actuator comprises: a drawing process of drawing a non-vulcanized dielectric elastomer material and turning it to a drawn film; and a vulcanizing process of vulcanizing the drawn film while keeping a drawn state.
