Abstract:
To provide a method for predicting tension compression reversal load behavior of a metal material capable of determining a model constant of a material model expressing tension compression reversal load behavior of a metal material based on results of a simple uniaxial tensile test, and thereby predicting the tension compression reversal load behavior of the metal material.SOLUTION: A method for predicting tension compression reversal load behavior of a metal material predicts the tension compression reversal load behavior by determining a model constant of a material model. The method comprises a step of obtaining a value of the model constant of the metal material by inputting the metal material test data of the metal material to be predicted relative to a learned model in which machine learning is performed with metal material test data including a factor related to uniaxial tensile behavior of the metal material being an input variable and a value of the model constant determined based on a tension compression test of the metal material as an output variable. In a factor related to uniaxial tensile behavior, point sequence data is included obtained by discretizing a uniaxial tensile stress-strain curve obtained from a uniaxial tensile test.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
