PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a modified halogenated polyolefin composition having significantly improved oil resistance while maintaining excellent heat resistance of halogenated polyolefin.SOLUTION: A method for producing a modified halogenated polyolefin composition includes a graft reaction of halogenated polyolefin dissolved in solvent with an unsaturated monomer containing acrylonitrile and acrylic compounds, using a radical initiator, wherein the graft reaction occurs in the presence of an aldehyde amine compound.SELECTED DRAWING: None
