PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce radioactive fluorine-labeled organic compounds using medical-use radioactive fluoride ions.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a radioactive fluorine-labeled organic compound including: a process of, after first aqueous solution containing radioactive fluoride ions and sodium chloride is brought into contact with a carrier carrying silver ions, obtaining second aqueous solution containing radioactive fluoride ions separated from the carrier; and a process of synthesizing a radioactive fluorine-labeled organic compound by using radioactive fluoride ions contained in the second aqueous solution.SELECTED DRAWING: None
