Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to maintain optimum control since the state of disturbance momentarily changes and there is the case that the control gain has to be re-tuned, although the control gain needs to be re- tuned according to the state of the disturbance since there are disturbance cycles which can be attenuated by feedback control and disturbance cycles which increase to the contrary.
SOLUTION: A frequency analysis of time-series data of a control output is taken through discrete Fourier transformation and a range of positive cycles of the variation rate to the control gain rate of the amplitude of the frequency response of the control output is found; and the control gain is increased when the maximum value of the amplitude obtained by decomposing the time-series data in the range into frequency components becomes a predetermined 1st value or more and decreased when the maximum value becomes a predetermined 2nd value or less. Thus, the control gain which is always optimum can be set.
