Title:
METHOD FOR ADHERING PLURAL MEMBERS AND DEVICE THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH1165666
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain precise adherence by forming more than two alignment marks of plural marks at each place on a member, so that centers between the plural marks are made coincident. SOLUTION: Four monitors 21 of a control system 20 input and display each image data from four cameras 3-6. An image processor 23 extracts an alignment mark from the image data, calculates a position deviation value between a face panel and a jig or a rear panel, and calculates a correction value. Then, a robot controller 24 operates the positioning control of a lower hot plate and the adherence control of an upper hot plate. Moreover, the editing, execution, and teaching operation of the operation program of the controller 24 is operated by a personal computer 22, and the temperature control of the upper hot plate and the lower hot plate is conducted by a temperature controller 25. Thus, exact adherence can be attained without detecting the angle of a member with high precision.
