Abstract:
To provide a method for adjusting flows of liquid in a flow channel in various fields including a microcompact fluid element.
In the adjusting method, the liquid is introduced into a capillary tube passage (35) which has at least one step down joint section (36a, 36b), and a flow adjusting channel which has a hydrophobic region (50) in a contact state, whereby the liquid is stopped in the hydrophobic region and the passage region having at least one step down joint section.
