Abstract:

PURPOSE: To easily adjust the resonance frequency of each resonance element to obtain a desired filter performance by cutting away the ground conductor of a part showing the capacitance component of the resonance element to reduce the capacitance component and raising the resonance frequency.

CONSTITUTION: A multilayered dielectric substrate 11 consists of ground conductors (shielding plats) 12 and 13 and a center conductor 14 between ground conductors 12 and 13. The ground conductor (cut part 15) of the part showing the capacitance component of each resonance element is cut away to reduce the capacitance component, and the resonance frequency is raised. The ground conductor of the part (cut part) showing an inductance component is cut away to reduce the inter-line capacity, and the inductance is increased to reduce the resonance frequency. Thus, the resonance frequency is easily adjusted to a prescribed value (design value).
