To provide a novel method for agitating a sample liquid in a tube, facilitating strong-weak adjustment and applicable also as a method for crushing beads.
The method for agitating or crushing the sample liquid in the mounted tube is carried out by performing the shaking operation of a tube-mounting rotor provided at the upper part of a container body, in a sector reciprocating oscillation form of causing the collision of the sample liquid to achieve, with one motor, the efficient agitation and centrifugal recovery operation of a sample or reagent stored in a container such as a microtube, and adjusting the width and speed of the sector reciprocating motion to be strong or weak by the high-low change of voltage and the length of a sector reciprocating time by the operation of an operation panel.
