Abstract:

To reduce labor and costs for predicting concentration rate by precisely predicting the concentration rate when cooling the vapor of metal zinc, or the like, for collecting as fluid zinc.

An ordinary differential equation is calculated with the flow rate of an atmospheric gas, and each condensation rate and oxidation rate of the molar fraction of the constituents of metal and the atmospheric gas as parameters by selecting the metal and the atmospheric gas, and further cooling rate is specified to calculate the condensation rate of the metal vapor. The condensation rate can be precisely predicted without performing any experiments or without manufacturing an actual apparatus.
