Abstract:
To provide a method and a device for analysis and evaluation which can accurately analyze and evaluate sales trends of respective commodities and whether a sales floor is proper or not.
This device has a customer detector 111 and a passing speed decision circuit 114 which measure the passing speed of a customer who visits or passes before a commodity arrangement part such as a commodity showcase and a commodity shelf, and a CPU 115 which analyzes and evaluates the sales state of commodities according to passing speed data obtained by the passing speed decision circuit 114. Sales trends of the commodities can be recognized by analyzing whether the passing speed is 'slow' or 'fast'.
