Abstract:
To reduce kneading time while reducing the cost and increase in installation space.SOLUTION: A method for analyzing a dispersion state of a filler has a condition setting step S11 in which initial distribution conditions of the mixture and boundary conditions of the mixing tank are set, and arithmetic steps S12-S16 in which an arithmetic unit calculates an arithmetic result including a filler concentration distribution at a predetermined simulation time defining a time from a start of the mixing by performing an arithmetic process that spatially discretizes an analytical model including a fluid model and a heat conduction model using the initial distribution conditions and boundary conditions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
