Abstract:
To provide an analyzing method in which an HCV gene comprising HCV existing in a sample to be examined can simply, rapidly and accurately be analyzed.
The analyzing method comprises (1) a reverse transcription reaction step using the sample to be examined, (2) a DNA synthesis step using a sense primer of which 5' end is labeled with a first labeling substance and (a) a deoxyribonucleoside 5'-triphosphoric acid labeled with a second labeling substance or (b) an antisense primer of which 5' end is labeled with a second labeling substance and (3) an analyzing step using a partner capable of specifically binding to the each labeling substance.
