Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily and appropriately perform the temperature analysis of a die without the need of complicated operations.
CONSTITUTION: After the analysis model of die composed of the set body of reticulatedly divided polygonal elements is formed a heat control part such as an electric heater 58 or the like is installed at a specified position on a division line for sectioning the polygonal element 57 constituting the analysis model. The temperature change of the respective parts of the die by the heat influence of the heat control part is analyzed by numerical calculation and the die is designed based on the analyzed result.
