Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow preforms to be carried to a container accumulating position without damage, drop and supply them into a container without applying impact and allow the preforms to be efficiently and automatically accumulated without damage.
SOLUTION: A container 40 is mounted on a rotary table 34 on a lifter 23 and rotated at a certain speed, and a preform is held by a grip conveyer 21 so that it is in a lateral posture at least a preform drop port 27 and carried to an upper position shifted from a rotation axis of the container 40. The preform is dropped in the lateral posture from there, while the container is sequentially lowered so that a drop distance of the preform is always constant, and the preform is automatically and radially accumulated in the container.
