PURPOSE: To adjust printing pressure between a rubber blanket cylinder and an impression cylinder automatically by interlocking a gear having a motor to a gear for which an eccentric outer metal is linked to a printing-pressure adjusting shaft through a printing-pressure adjusting rod, and turning the eccentric outer metal by the driving of the gear having the motor.

CONSTITUTION: In this printing-pressure adjusting device 1, an eccentric wheel 15 is fixed to both ends of a printing-pressure adjusting shaft 2 with a keys 10 through a shaft. One end of a printing-pressure adjusting rod 3 is pivoted to the eccentric wheel 15. The other end is pivoted to a supporting shaft 5 that is fixed to an eccentric outer metal 29. The metal 29 is attached to a rubber blanket cylinder B. When a motor W is driven, a gear 9 which is attached to the printing-pressure adjusting shaft 2 with the keys 10 through the shaft is turned through a gear 6 having a motor. When the core of the eccentric wheel 15 is moved by the turning of the gear 9, the eccentric outer metal 29 which is linked with the printing-pressure adjusting rod 3 is moved. The gap between the rubber blanket cylinder B and an impression cylinder A, i.e. the printing pressure between both cylinders, is automatically adjusted.
