Abstract:
PURPOSE: To collapse gypsum safely without damaging a skin of a patient and without needing any special skill by fixing an anti-rust strong line part on a fractured area, exposing one end of the line part and winding with a medical covering material when the gypsum is fixed, and pulling one end of the exposed line part and separating the covering material along with the end when the gypsum is to be collapsed. CONSTITUTION: A line part 200 extends vertically over a whole gypsum 300 in a patient 100, and one end of the part is exposed out of the gypsum 30. Collapsing of the gypsum is carried out by inserting an end of the exposed line part 200 from a bottom end of a guiding bar 51 into a perforation 52 and is exposed from an upper end. A terminal of the part is folded in a slit 141 on an end side of a driving shaft 14 and fixed by a knot 142. Then, a bottom end of a guiding bar 51 is pushed to a substrate having the line part 200 exposed from gypsum. Then a switch 12 is made on to rotate the driving shaft 14 and wind on the driving shaft 14 by pulling the line part 200. A rotatable blade 42 is also rotated in cooperation with other driving shaft 13. The line part 200 is pulled by winding and gypsum is separated along the line part 200.
