Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for applying thermal adhesive lubricant coating on the wall of a cylindrical container for medical care, having a tapered outlet on one end of the container and an elastomer stopper which is slidable as a piston in the container on the other end to enable thermal bonding of lubricating oil on the inner wall at a very high temperature without giving damage to a temperature-sensitive component in the outlet of the container.
SOLUTION: In the method for applying thermal adhesive lubricant coating on the wall of a cylindrical container for medical care having a tapered outlet on one end of the container and an elastomer stopper which is slidable as a piston in the container on the other end, there are provided (a) a step of applying a thermally bondable lubricant on the wall of the container, (b) a step of layering the lubricant applied in step (a) to form a lubricant coating, and (c) a step of attaching the lubricant coating by selectively irradiating infrared rays on the lubricant coating in the cylindrical region of the container at a high temperature equal to or higher than the maximum temperature for using the container.
