Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable a rubber tube to be bent irrespective of the size or shape of the cylindrical member.
CONSTITUTION: An air piston rubber tube 8 assembly is set up at the assembly process, and at the blocking process, the air piston rubber tube 8 is blocked in its air piston 4 lower end side and rubber tube 5 upper end side by an elevation seat 14 and each moving lid part 19 respectively, following this, at the gas supplying process, compressed air is supplied into the air piston rubber tube assembly 8 to expand the rubber tube 5, and by keeping this state, the elevation seat 14 is pushed upward by an elevation cylinder 12 at the pressing process. Thus, the air piston 4 is pressed into the rubber tube 5, so that a bent part 5C and rolled part 5D are formed in the rubber tube 5.
